What is a "Pain Doctor"

Pain management means different things to different people.  Physicians believe pain management consists of a specially trained doctor that can provide proven methods of pain treatment for their patients.  Please visit the American Society of Anesthesiologists' website by clicking here for a detailed explanation of who a "Pain Doctor" is and what they do.

What do I need to know the day of my visit?

Consults are performed at our office or at Liberty Hospitals pain clinic.  If a procedure is scheduled or anticipated you may view our preoperative instruction form here.  You  may also fill out your paperwork in advance by printing your patient information and patient questionaire forms to speed your check in process.  Please view and print our disclosure of ownership and patient preference forms.  Please fill these out and bring them with you for your appointment.
