Our office is located in Liberty, Missouri with appointments available five days a week.  If you would like to request a consultation, you may call us at 816-407-7090 or fill out our Request for Consult Form.  For those who would like to see us at Liberty Hospital, please call 816-781-7200 and ask for the Pain Cinic.  They would be happy to make an appointment for you to see one of our physicians.  Please be sure and ask for Northland Pain Consultants by name.

For your convenience, we practice in two locations in addition to our Maplecrest office:  The Liberty Surgical Center, located immediately adjacent to our office, and Liberty Hospital's outpatient pain clinic.
